The month of June showed that the coup leader Min Aung Hlaing has all it takes to surpass the previous dictators’ cruelty in Myanmar’s history. He threatened to hang the pro-democracy activists and actually put Daw Aung San Suu Kyi inside a prison. He might have thought such oppression may instil fear down the spines and end our defiance. Let’s prove him wrong and show him once again that we are unbroken and determined to outlive him and his regime.
