May has come and gone. It took away the summer heat, but gave us a catastrophic storm. With Cyclone Mocha devastated our war-torn nation, we find our way to relief and resettlement for the storm-affected communities while continuing the resistance against the military regime. This month, many of us reminisced about the Cyclone Nargis, then military generals and thousand lives loss (which can be read in this issue). Min Aung Hlaing’s regime chooses to continue killing instead of saving people. The People Defense Force celebrates its second anniversary, and announced acceleration of the armed resistance. If this month shows anything, further proof on how Myanmar people have been persevering both natural disasters and man-made atrocities.
